MAINTENANCE

How long has it been since you've had your watch or clock serviced? It's recommended to bring in watches every 3-5 years for cleaning, oiling, and other general servicing matters. For clocks, it's recommended to service them every 5-10 years. Going too long between servicing can cause extra wear on delicate parts, ultimately shortening the working life of your watch or clock, resulting in a costlier, more involved repair job.

REPAIR

We are equipped and have the knowledge and know-how to for any repair you may need. We can handle anything as small as a watch bracelet resizing, to complex multi-complication movement repairs. If we aren't able to source a replacement part, we are equipped to make it for you, often by hand. Can't visit us in person? No problem. Take advantage of our convenient mail-in repair service. Simply send us your watch or clock, and we will handle the repairs with precision and care in a timely manner. We also offer mobile grandfather clock repair and adjustment services.

RESTORATION

At ATW, we take a special sort of pride in specializing in the restoration of vintage and antique watches and clocks. They say that they don't make things like they used to, and that is true in many regards when it comes to horology. Back when quality meant making things that would last a lifetime, bringing these family heirlooms and other special pieces back to life and restoring them in order to last a second lifetime, is something we take great satisfaction in.

CUSTOMIZATION

Is there something that you want but cant find, or an idea in your head that you want brought to life? Or are you a watch/clockmaker/modder not set up to fabricate a custom part you may need? We can fulfill your customization needs, whether it be a custom wheel and pinion cut for a restoration job, a custom dial or case part made for a Seiko mod, all the way up to a custom designed timepiece that is completely hand made in the artisan tradition.

MAIL IN YOUR REPAIR

We are located in North Texas, but accept repairs worldwide! If you have a long distance repair job, please visit our Mail-In Repairs page for more info and to get the process started.

YOUR TIMEPIECE'S BEST FRIEND

We are dedicated to offering the best solutions for your beloved timepieces. With a commitment to excellence, we ensure that your watch receives the care and attention it deserves, restoring its functionality and beauty.

Quick Turnaround Times

Currently, we have a turnaround time of one week for watches, and two weeks for clocks (if no outside parts or materials have to be ordered).

Unmatched Value

We believe that quality watch and clock services shouldn't break the bank. That's why (instead of listing set-in-stone pricing) we offer prices that not only accounts for the quality and time we put into your timepiece, but also takes into account the timepiece's actual worth and the budget of the customer. Not every Full Service or top to bottom restoration is on a Rolex or other high-end piece... Sometimes a customer may want their vintage Seiko restored, or a family heirloom clock or pocket watch (that may not be worth much monetarily, but worth a lot in memories) restored to its former glory, and we work with you to quote you a price that reflects and takes that all into account.

Expert Craftsmenship

We combine traditional techniques and modern expertise, as well as a combination of hand techniques and precision equipment to ensure that every repair and customization is carried out with taste, skill, and precision.
